Return & Refund Policy
Our policy regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations for research materials.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Due to the sensitive nature of research peptides and the potential for degradation if mishandled, we maintain a strict All Sales Final policy on shipped products.
1. Returns
We do not accept returns. Once a product has left our facility, we cannot verify its storage conditions or purity upon return. To ensure the integrity of our research materials for all customers, we cannot restock returned items.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a package that is damaged or contains incorrect items, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery).
Please provide:
- Your Order Number
- Photos of the damaged packaging and product
- A description of the issue
We will evaluate the claim and, if approved, issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.
3. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they have been processed for shipping. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once a tracking number has been generated, the order cannot be cancelled.
