Research Blend
KLOW Blend
A multi-peptide formulation studied for its combined effects on recovery, inflammation, and overall wellness. The blend pairs peptides investigated for tissue repair and circulation with compounds researched for their roles in immune modulation, antimicrobial defense, and social and emotional signaling pathways.

The short version
KLOW adds KPV to the Wolverine Blend trio (GHK-Cu, BPC-157, and TB-500). KPV is a three-amino-acid anti-inflammatory peptide derived from alpha-MSH that targets the MC1R receptor on immune cells to dial down inflammatory signaling. The result is a four-pathway repair formulation that addresses inflammation alongside the structural, vascular, and cell-movement sides of tissue repair.
What researchers are looking at
Repair is something the body already does, and the research literature breaks it into a few separate jobs. First the area needs structure — a scaffold of collagen and elastin to rebuild on. GHK-Cu, the copper peptide in this blend, is the component researchers tie to that step, where it's studied for driving collagen and elastin synthesis.
Next the area needs a blood supply and protection while it heals. BPC-157 is studied for promoting angiogenesis — the growth of new blood vessels — and for cytoprotective effects on tissue. Then the cells that do the rebuilding have to move into place: TB-500 is the component associated with actin-based cell migration, helping cells travel to where they're needed.
The fourth job is keeping inflammation in check so the other three can proceed. That's what KPV adds to the original trio — a short peptide from alpha-MSH that signals through the MC1R receptor on immune cells to reduce inflammatory signaling. Because this is a blend, the evidence is best read component by component, and most of it comes from animal and lab models rather than controlled human trials.
Structure rebuilt
GHK-Cu is studied for driving collagen and elastin synthesis — the scaffold the tissue rebuilds on.
Blood supply restored
BPC-157 is associated with angiogenesis and tissue cytoprotection, feeding and protecting the area as it heals.
Cells move in
TB-500 promotes actin-based cell migration, helping repair cells travel to where they're needed.
Inflammation controlled
KPV signals through MC1R on immune cells to reduce inflammatory signaling, keeping inflammation from getting in the way.
